LCDI Power Cords
LCDI - Leakage Current Detection Interrupters Leakage Current Detection Interrupters sense when arcing is imminent in the special braided power cord and automatically shut the unit off before a fire can get started. The LCDI monitors if any current is leaking from one of the conductors onto a braided shield that's built into the power cord. Special braided shield is conductive and allows the plug-mounted electronics to continuously monitor for insulation breakdown or broken conductors. LCDI Power Cord
